DLWP X FLATLAND STUDIO DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Who is it for? • 4 East Sussex based artists who are in the first 15 years of their career. • Artists who want to work within a supportive environment for one year to test out new ideas and engage with UK-based curators and gallerists. • Artists who have experienced barriers in progressing their career
What’s on offer? • A 50% subsidised studio at Beeching Road Studios (£125 per month plus VAT) • Mentoring with Flatland Projects Director, Ben Urban and DLWP Head of Exhibitions, Joseph Constable • Studio visits organised with UK-based curators and gallerists. • Support to produce a studio-based project with an identified community group in Bexhill-on-Sea. • Opportunities to participate in artist development workshops delivered by Flatland Projects
